1760 the twenty thrid day of January, am I Otto Beigy sick, but yet of good understanding as long as God pleaseth, therefore this is my last Will and Testament, that I commend my Soul to God the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. So is this now my Will, that my beloved Wife Anna Maria shall be Executrix of my Estate, She shall sell my moveable Estate and pay the Debts, except Cow that shall be her own, and she my Wife Anna Maria shall have the right to live upon my place so long as she remains sole, but if she takes a husband, then the place to be sold and she shall have the third part and of all else that remains. Further, Friederick Rufsi shall be guardian for my children, for my Daughter Anna Magdalena, and my daughter Charlotte and for my son, Jacob and one shall have as much as the other. Further my wife shall have the bed, and the two little Iron pots. But shall my wife remain Sole then she shall have the right until my son Jacob is twenty one years of Age. So this is now my Last Will and Testament, all that which is contained on the other side, so done the 23 day of January.
