Fereda J. Hughes, 91, formerly of Forks Township, died Tuesday, Jan.
12, in Gracedale, Upper Nazareth Township. She was the wife of the late
John C. Hughes.
She was last employed as a housekeeper for the Richard Horn family,
Easton. Previously, she worked for Electric Sanitary Laundry, Easton,
for more than 12 years.
Born in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Emma (Lantz)
Brotzman.
She was a former member of Rice Ebner American Legion Post 588 Auxiliary,
Easton, and Eight and Forty.
Survivors: Daughter, six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren,
two great-great-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Friday, Strunk Funeral Home, 602 W. Berwick St.,
Easton. Call 10-11 a.m. Friday. |
