John Benjamin Cyphers, 68, 0f 438 Filbert Street, died on Satruday
night at the Easton Hospital. He was admitted to the hosptial
on June 1 for medical treatment.
Mr. Cyphers was born in Easton Ov 26, 1876 and was a son of
the late Jesse and Susan R. Cyphers. He is survived by one
son, Willard; one grandchild; and the following brothers and
sisters: Jesse G. Cyphers, Easton; Mabel A. Cyphers, of Phillispburg,
Geroge H. and Rose M. of Easton.
He was employed at Schaible's Bakery, Wilson Borough and for
many years worked as a machinist at the Lehigh Valley Shops.
Mr. Cyphers was amember of Easton Lodge No. 45, Loyal Order
of Moose; Lehicton Lodge No. 244, I.O.O.F.; and South Easton
Council, No. 590, Fraternral Patriotic Americans.
