Mrs. Frank W. Smith
Mrs. Amanda J. Edinger Smith, 77, of 189 Lachenour Avenue,
died last night at 7:40 o'clock at Easton Hospital, where she
had been a patient only about an hour and a half.
Mrs. Smith, the widow of Frank W. Smith was born in Easton
on Dec 8, 1873, a daughter of the late Frank and Sarah Smull
Edinger.
She spent many years of her life in Jamaica, Long Island,
N.Y. and about five and a half years ago, she returned to Easton.
She was a member of ST. Paul's Lutheran Church, South Side.
Her husband died in November 1948. Surviving are two brothers,
Charles Edinger, of Philadelphia, and Frank R. Edinger, of
Easton R.D.3. |
