Edward Eickhoff
Mr. Eickhoff was born in Forks Township, the son of Granville and Hattie Gruver Eickhoff, now of Portland.

A veteran of the Korean War, he served four years in the U. S. Army and was discharged in 1953.

He was a member of Slate City Lodge no. 72. Loyal Order of Moose; the Bangor Republican Club; the Bangor Jacksonian Democratic Club, the Marconi Social Club, Roseto, and the Roseto Rod and Gun Club.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his widow, the former Lynette O’Connor; two daughters, both at home; two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Reasley, Fairview, Mass and Mrs. Arlington Vrontisis, Bangor, and three brothers, Eugene, Utica, N.Y., William, Delaware Water Gap, and James Portland.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Hough Home for Funerals.
