Gideon Hawk
Gideon Hawk died at 4AM Wednesday at home of his son, James Hawk, at Hollow, near Nazareth, of paralysis, age 78 years. Deceased is survived by the following sons and daughters: James Hawk with whom he lived; Robert Hawk, of Pen Argyl; Mrs. Peter Schreiner, Mrs. Hannah Cassler and Mrs. Charles Frankenfield, of Wind Gap: Jeremiah Hawk, of Bethlehem; George Hawk, of near Nazareth, Mrs. Thomas Ganda, of Nazareth, and Philip Hawk, of near Nazareth; also by one sister, Mrs. Reuben Kachline, of Washington Township, Northampton county, and two brothers, Simon Hawk, of Wind Gap, and Jacob Pa, of near Easton. He was a son of the late Jacob and Rebecca Hawk, of Bushkill Township, and was a farmer by occupation. |
