Former West Sand Lake
Resident Dies
Miss Winifred Gruver, former resident of West.Sand Lake, died Thursday in-Syracuse following a brief illness.

She was a teacher in Syracuse, having taught.there for the last .several years. Miss Gruver was the daughter of the late Rev. Charles B. Gruver, who was pastor of the former Brick Lutheran Church in West Sand Lake in the early 1900s.

Survivors include' two sisters, Miss Cora Gruver, with whom she lived/and Miss Ada Gruver, also of Syracuse, and one brother Alfred Gruver of Oneonta.

Funeral services will be held in Syracuse tomorrow evening. Burial services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in the family plot in Albany Rural Cemetery
