Theodore Gruver
Theodore Gruver, aged 75 years, a resident of Forks township, died
suddenly last night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Horace Dugan,
of 803 Berwick street, this city, where he had been visiting the
past few days. The cause of his death was heart trouble. Mr. Gruver
is survived by four daughters, Mrs. David Robbins, Mrs. Horace Dugan
and Mrs. John Price, all of Easton and Mrs. Frank Woodring, of Forks
Township; two sisters, Mrs. Edward Nickum, of Bushkill park and Mrs.
John Hay, of Bethlehem township; two brothers, Edward Gruver, of
Nazareth and Lorenz Gruver, of Wadsworth, Ohio and four grandchildren.
Deceased was a member of the Reformed Church of Forks. The funeral
will be held on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home of his
son-in-law, Frank Woodring, at the Mittman Carriage Works, Forks township,
with Rev. Floyd Shafer, of Tatamy, officiating. Interment will be made
in the Forks cemetery. |
