Hackman, 42 years old, of 202 Nesquehoning Street, died at 5:15 o'clock this morning at the Rittersville Hospital from a complication of ailments. Three years ago last August Mr. Hackman suffered a general breakdown and since then his health has rapidly declined. For many years he was employed as a boilermaker at the Lehigh Valley Shops and was well known and had a large circle of friends. He is surived by his wife, two children, Agnes and Clarence Hackman, at home; his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Hackman, three sisters, Mrs. William Wolf, Mrs. Philip Buchman and Mrs. George Young, and a brother, Hiram Hackman, all of Easton. He was a member of the Second Methodist Episcopal Church.
