Mrs. Lyman A. Young

Mrs. Anna M. Young, 76, of Main Street, Stockertown, died yesterday at Nazareth R. D. She was the widow of Lyman A. Young who died in 1946.

Mrs. Young was born in Bushkill Township, August 9, 1875, the daughter of the late Thomas Happel and Maria Happel. She spent nearly all her life in Stockertown.

She was a member of Forks Evangelical Reformed Church and its Ladies Aid Society, and the Ladies Auxiliary of Liberty Hose Company, Stockertown.

Her health had been failing about two years.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Charles Uhler, at home; eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, a sister, Mrs. Phillip Werkheiser, of Stockertown, and four brothers, Clarence Happel, of Stockertown; Alfred Happel of Wind Gap; Stewart Happel of Easton, and Walter Happel of Wilson. A daughter, Mrs. Paul Houck, died last October.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 1:30 PM in Forks Reformed Church with the Rev. Floyd R..Schafer. D. D.: Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Forks cemetery
