Paul Helms, Conductor With 48 years Service On Lehigh Valley R.R.
Paul Helms, 67, a conductor who had 48 years of service on the Lehigh Valley Railroad, died yesterday at his home, 466 Northampton Street.

Mr. Helm, a lifelong Easton resident was born on Jan 25, 1885, a son of the late Wilson B. and Matilda Garis Helms. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church and the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen.

Surviving are his wife, the former Henrietta D. Eveland; a daughter Mrs. Clifford Fichtel, of Easton; a son Joseph, of Paterson, NJ; four sisters, Mrs. Thomas P. Bullman, Mrs. Stanley R. Wickkiser and Mrs. Eva Morrow, all of Easton, and Mrs. Henrietta Keck, of Philadelphia; two brothers, John, of Washington, D.C. and Harry of Newark, NJ, and two stepsons, Bradley Malone, of Lexington, Mass, and Edward Malone, of Cleveland
