Martin V. Kline, 85, of Palmer Township, died Sunday, Jan 12, 2003, in HCR Manor Care, Palmer Township.
Born: September 9, 1917, in Bethlehem Township, Pa., a son of the late Martin B. and Grace M. Pfeffer Kline.
Personal: His wife the former Eleanor R. Collins, died Jan, 31, 1999.
He retired from Taylor-Wharton, formerly of Palmer Township. Prior to that, he worked for the former Ridgeway & Pfeffer Chevrolet Dealership, Phillipsburg.
He was a graduate of Wilson High school, class of 1926.
He served in the army during World war II.
Memberships: He was a member of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, Palmer Township.
Survivors: two sons, a brother, Glenn of Phillipsburg; five grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
A brother, Crane, died Earlier.
Services: 10:30 am. Wednesday in the Strunk Funeral home, Incl. 2101 Northampton Street, Wilson borough, Call 9:30 a.m. To time of service Wednesday in the funeral home. Burial in Easton Cemetery. |
