Daniel A. Knecht, 61, of 1430 Butler St., Easton, died Saturday
in Easton Hospital. He was the husband of Muriel A. (Jennings)
Knecht.
He worked for Taylor-Wharton Co., Palmer Township, for 28
years. He later worked for the Atlantic State Pipe Co., Phillipsburg.
Born in Edelmans, Plainfield Township, he was a son of Viola
(Getz) Knecht of Easton and the late Stanley Knecht.
He served in the Army during the Korean War.
Surviving with his widow and mother are a son, two daughters,
a brother Robert of Wilson; two sisters, and
a grandson.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Bensing Funeral
Home, Moorestown. Calling hours will be 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. |
