Benjamin Laubach, Helped to found Oak Hill Golf Club

Finesville, N.J. – Benjamin “Barney” Laubach, 74, died Sunday in Warren Hospital.

He was employed in the finishing department of the Hughesville Mill of the Riegel Products Corp. He worked for the company for 46 years, retiring in 1980. He was a member of the company’s quarter-century club.

Born in Finesville, he was a son of the late Benjamin and Fannie Apgar Laubach.

He was a member of the Old Greenwich Presbyterian Church in Stewartsville.

He was a member of the Easton Fleas Club.

He was an avid golfer and bowler and was one of the founder of the Oak Hill Golf Club in Holland Township.

He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Brader; a son, Edward of Tatamy, Pa.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday from the Robert W. Snyder Funeral Home in Riegelsville, Pa. Interment will be in Greenwich Cemetery in Greenwich Township..
