Services for Lucretia V. LaBar, 81, of 505 Pennsylvania Ave.,
Bangor, who died Tuesday in Easton Hospital, will be at the
convenience of the family. No calling hours.
She was the wife of Grant LaBar. They were married 55 years
last June.
She was a practical nurse, having been a graduate of the former
Haff Hospital School of Nursing, Northampton. Also, she and
her husband owned and operated LaBar's Card and Gift Shop,
Bangor, for 22 years until 1970.
Born in Pen Argyl, she was a daughter of the late Roy and
Sarah (Willman) Miller.
She was a member of St. John's Evangelical and Reformed United
Church of Christ, Bangor.
Survivors: Husband; son daughter and a sister.
