have not found any documentation to indicate that she is the
daughter of George Miller and Rosina Knecht. I received an
email and this needs to be researched further.
Orphans Court, Northampton County, PA. March 31, 1817
The petition of Susanna Fehr late Wagener, late widow and relic
of John Nicholas Wagener late of Williams Township in the said
county, Taylor deceased was read representing. That the petitioner's
said husband left issue six children, four of who to wit, Elizabeth,
Charles, Catharine and Samuel are minors under age of fourteen
years and have no guardians to take care of their persons and
estates at present in consequences of the death of their former
guardian Martin Abel. Praying the court to appoint some proper
person or persons as guardian of said children. Whereupon the
Court appointed William Schaeffer of Lower Saucon Township, Storekeeper
as Guardian for said minors until they respectively arrive at
the age of fourteen years.
