Fatal Accident
John Moser, a single man, aged twenty-two years, employed as
a brakeman on the Lehigh Valley railroad, while coupling cars
at Allentown yesterday afternoon, fell under the wheels and both
legs were cut off. He died from his injuries about an hour later.
The remains were brought to Chain Dam last (Thursday) evening
and were taken to the home of his brother-in-law, Ephraim Brotzman,
who lives about a mile above Chain Dam. The funeral will take
place next Monday.
