John D. V. Sandt
John David Valentine Sandt I the 70th year of his age, died at 9:45 o’clock this morning at his home, No. 1229 Washington Street, of a complication of ailments. Mr. Sandt was well known throughout this section. For 36 years he was in the employ of the H. G. Tombler Grocery Company.
He is survived by his wife, a son, D. J. Sandt, of Easton; a sister, Miss Elizabeth Sandt, of Easton, and a brother, Matthew Sandt, of Allentown. He was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, the Knights of Malt and the Order of Heptasophs. |
