Asher Schleicher
Asher Schleicher, 57, died last night at 10:30 o'clock at his home,
203 Madison avenue, Nazareth. He was employed by the Lone Star Cement
Co., for the last 32 years, and was a member of St. John's Evangelical
Reformed Church; I. O. R. M.; and the P. O. S. of A., of Nazareth.
He was born May 3, 1888 in Lower Nazareth Township, son of the late
William and Savilla Unangst Schleicher.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ortha Davidson, and children;
three brothers, Clayton, Nazareth; Charles, Allentown, and John, Bethlehem,
and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Bartholomew
funeral home, 233 East Center Street, Nazareth, with the Rev. W. H.
Diehl officiating. Interment will be in Hope Cemetery, Hecktown. |
