Funeral of Joseph Seifert
The funeral of the late Joseph Seifert was held this afternoon at 2:30 at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Emma Walters, No. 617 Williams Street. The Rev. Earl S. Erb, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, conducted the services and interment was made in the New Williams cemetery. The pallbearers were Arlington Moyer, Frank Moyer, George and Robert Steckel, Edgar Seifert and Harold Sloyer. Many beautiful floral tributes were received. Mr. Seifert was a native of Williams Township, a son of the late Levi and Emma Kiefer Seifert. Besides his daughter, Mrs. Walters, he leaves three grandsons, one brother, Purman Seifert, Morgan's Hill and fours sisters, Mrs. Alice Richards, Mrs. William Merwarth, Mrs. Irvin Steckel, Easton and Mrs. Monroe Brotzman, Island Park.
