Mrs. Sarah E. Gruver
Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Snyder Gruver, 88 years old widow of Reuben
Gruver, died last evening at the home of her son-in-law and
daughter, Mr. and Mrs. George L. Uhler, of 1841 Hay Terrace.
She had been ill since early in March.
Mrs.Gruver was born on July 4, 1849, at Mt. Bethel, a daughter
of John and Elizabeth Kline Snyder, She had been a resident
of Easton and Wilson Borough for the past thirty-five years.
Her husband died in 1929.
She is survived by one son, Stewart F. Gruver and one daughter,
Mrs. George L. Uhler, both of Wilson Borough. She also leaves
four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Gruver
was last surviving member of her family. She was a member of
the Reformed Church.
