Snyder, 74, of 610 Easton Road, Riegelsville, died last night in Easton Hospital where she was admitted yesterday morning. She was the widow of Edward Snyder who died last January. Mrs. Snyder was born in Carpentersville, a daughter of late James and Catherine Steckel Stamets. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Riegelsville; Anna Circle of the Lutheran Church Women, and the Glacial Drift Garden Club, Riegelsville. Survivors include a son, J. Donald, Upper Black Eddy; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Ethel Mitchell, Blairstown, and Mrs. Martha Sabo, Milford, Conn.; a sister, Mrs. Rhoda Merrick, Phillipsburg; a brother, Samuel D. Stamets, Easton; 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
