Harold W. Steckel
Harold W. Steckel, 58, of 423 Ninth St., Easton died this morning in Easton Hospital, He was ill since July.

Born in Easton on Sept 9, 1914; he was a son of the late Paul and Naomi Kunsman Steckel.

Mr. Steckel was employed as a machinist for Ingersoll Rand Co for the last 22 years.

He was a Army veteran of World War II and was of the Lutheran faith and a member of Phillipsburg Lodge 396, BPOE.

His wife, Jane C. Warner Steckel, died Nov 9, 1964.

Survivors include a son, a daughter, a sister, Thelma Clause, in California and six grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Strunk Funeral Home, Easton. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine.
