Howard Steckel, equipment operator
Harmony Twp. - Howard Steckel, 82, of Harmony Township, died Friday, April 7, in Warren Hospital.

He was an equipment operator for Steckel Concrete Co. in Phillipsburg before retiring.

Born Oct. 28, 1912, in Raubsville, he was a son of the late Walter L. and Clara Fulmer Steckel.

Survivors include his wife, the former Ruth R. Bauder; a son, a brother, Kenneth of Harmony Township; a sister, Gladys of Harmony Township; a grandchild and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in MacFadden Funeral Home, 325 Hardwick St., Belvidere. Call 10 a.m. to time of services Monday in the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Belvidere Cemetery.
