Mrs. John Brunner, 78, Ex-Hotel Easton Waitress
Mrs. Mary M. Brunner, 78, of 2118 Butler St., Wilson, formerly
of 2028 Ealer Ave., Wilson, died yesterday in Easton Hospital.
She was in failing health for the last 1 1/2 years.
She was a waitress at the Hotel Easton for 38 years and at
the Country Club of Northampton County for seven years retiring
in 1972.
Born in Raubsville on March 22, 1899, She was a daughter of
the late John Forrest and Sarah Seifert Steckel.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Easton.
She was past president of the PO of A, Camp 833.
Surviving are her husband, John E. Brunner, two daughters,
a sister, Mrs. Ruth Gorman, Scotch Plains NJ., three grandchildren
and three great-grandchildren.
