Sarah L. Kies, 92, formerly of Line Street, Easton, died Tuesday in Easton Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late Earl C. Kies.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late John and Flora (Schultz) Steckel.

She was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Easton.

Survivors: Son, Jack of Tucson, Ariz.; daughter, Betty J. Smiley of Merchantville, N.J.; three grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday, Strunk Funeral Home, Berwick and Reynolds streets, Easton. Call 10-11 a.m. Friday.
