Clarence Stocker Rites Conducted
Las Vegas, June 26, -- Funeral services were conducted here
today for Clarence Stocker, 57, member of one of Las Vegas'
pioneer families and brother of Harold Stocker state Republican
chairman, who died Friday in Los Angeles after an operation
to correct a heart condition.
Stocker had lived in the Las Vegas area for the last 40 years.
A native of Reading Penna., he was born April 10, 1894.
Following the rites here the body was accompanied to San Bernardino
for cremation.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Marie Stocker, mother, Mrs.
Mayme Stocker and Harold Stocker, all of Las Vegas.

Clarence C. Stocker
Word has been received here of the death on June 22 in Los
Angeles, Calif., of Clarence Clifton Stocker. Funeral services
were held June 26 in the Elks Home, Las Vegas.
Mr. Stocker is survived by his wife, Georgia Marie Stocker;
his mother, Mrs. Mayme V. Stocker, of Las Vegas, and a brother
Harold, also of Las Vegas. His father was the late Oscar W.
