Viola A. Shaneberger, of Washington
Viola A. Shaneberger, 79, of Washington, died Thursday, Oct
12, in Morristown Memorial Hospital.
Born Jan 6, 1921 in Easton she was a daughter of the late
Jackson and Dorothy Stocker Altemus.
She graduated form Easton high School in 1939.
She belonged to the First Presbyterian Church in Washington.
She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star No. 136, Mansfield
Lodge, Washington.
He husband, Donald died in 1984.
She is survived by two sons, ***** of Washington Township,
NJ and ***** in Vermont; one brother, ***** of Kennett, MO;
six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Two brothers, Jackson and Donald, and a grandchild died earlier.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the DeVoe Funeral
Service, 136 West Washington Ave, Washington. Call from 7 to
9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. |
