W. N. Shook
William N. Shook, a well known citizen of Washington township, died suddenly of heart failure at his home on Friday afternoon, aged 59 years. He had been in Bangor in the morning and returned home a little after noon. He went into the house and sat down, complaining of feeling ill, Dr. E.C. Miller of East Bangor, was summoned, but could do nothing for him.
The deceased is survived by his wife and the following children; Irvin J.P. Shook, of Hatboro; Charles Shook, of Philadelphia and Mrs. W. McIhlaney, at home; also by the following brothers and sisters: Reuben Shook, Bangor,; Alvin Shook, Washington Township George Shook, Plainfield Township; Mrs. George Shook, Plainfield, township, Mrs. Josiah Ruch, Washington, and Mrs. Boss Ruch, of Plainfield township. The funeral will beheld on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with services at the house and further services in the Richmond church at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be made in stone Church Cemetery
