Steward E. Uhler
Steward E. Uhler, 73, of 364 East Broad Street, Bethlehem, died Saturday in St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. He was born in Palmer township, Aprl 7, 1874, a son of the late Levi and Hannah Marsh Uhler. He was employed by the Woodcraft Co., of Bethlehem.
Mr. Uhler is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna l. Scheiry Uhler; two sons, Paul, of Bethlehem and Luther, of Haddon Heights, N.J.; a stepson, Herbert Gum, of Bethlehem; two daughters, Mrs.Hilda Reinhard, of Dover, N.J, and Mrs. Anna Wighard, of Roselle, N.J.; a step-daughter, Mrs. John Morganstern, of Coopersburg; a brother Edgar l, and a sister, Mrs. Charles Roberts, both of Allentown, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Steyers funeral home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem. The Rev. Chester L. Brachman will officate, and interment will be in Fairveiw cemetery. |
