William S. Unangst, a well known, millwright foreman, of 227 Chambers Street, died at 6:10 this morning at Warren Hospital, aged 71 years. He had been ill for about a month and was admitted to the hospital on Thursday last for medical treatment.
Mr. Unangst was a native of Stewartsville, and was a son of the late Elijah and Lena Unangst. For 40 years he was a resident of Phillipsburg and during his life head been in the employ of two concerns, the Edison Portland Cement Company, New Village, and the Gibney Iron and Steel Company, Phillipsburg.
Deceased is survived by his widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Unangst, and one son, Warren Unangst, of 417 Clinton Street, Easton. He also leaves three brothers, Carmen, Oscar and Arthur Unangst of Stewartsville. |
