John Walters
John Walters, 98, formerly of 4429 Steuben Road in Hecktown, PA, died
Tuesday at the home of his daughter, Martha Beam, at 109 N. Warren
St. in Easton, with who he resided.
He was employed by the former Nazareth Burial Vault Col, retiring
in 1960.
Born Dec 6, 1890, in Easton he was the son of the late Zebulon Walters
and Salliyan Gruver Walters.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Hecktown.
His wife, the former Lizzie D. Brown, died in 1970.
In addition to his daughter is is survived by six grandchildren, 16
great grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday from the Morello Funeral
Home in Easton. Interment will be in Arndts Cemetery in Forks Township,
PA. |
