Henry F. Hager
Harry F. Hager, of Quakertown, died on Monday after a long illness, ag ed 77 years, nine months and seven days. For many years he was engag ed in the manufacture of phosphates.
Mr. Hager was a democrat in politics and was elected an assistant assess or in 1882, and in 1884 to town council, serving one term. He also serv ed for several years as borough treasurer. He was one of the oldest membe rs of the First Reformed Church of Quakertown, faithfully serving the cong regation in many capacities, and for a long term of years was a memb er of the consistory. His wife and two daughters survive.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o?clock Saturday afternoon.
Mr. Hager was the third ex- treasurer of the borough and to die within fi ve months, the others having been Frank Cavanaugh for and Aaron F Stover.
