Claude W. Fox, self-employed butcher
Claude W. Fox, 93, of 3720 Nazareth Pike, died Thursday, Jan 13, in Muhlen berg Hospital Center.

He was a self-employed butcher in Bethlehem Township, for 50 years befo re retiring in 1971.

Born in Bethlehem Township, he was a son of the late David P. and Rose Fra nkenfield Fox.

He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Church in Hecktown.

He was an active member and former chaplain of Whitfield Lodge 622 in Naza reth and member of the Nancy Run Fire Company in Bethlehem Township.

He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the Scottish Rite Consistory, V alley of Allentown.

He was a past Nobel Grand of Odd Fellows, Confident Lodge 1133 in Hecktow n, a member of the Tall Cedars of Lebanon and a member of the Nazareth MO RA club.

His wife the former Edna S. Smith died earlier.

He is survived by a daughter, Gertrude S. Fehnel, at home.

Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Trinity Evangelical Luther an Church in Hecktown. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery in Hecktown.

Call 7 to 8:30 tonight in Bartholomew Schisler funeral Home, 211 E. Cent er St., Nazareth. Masonic services will be held at 8 in the funeral home.

A 32nd degree Mason, he was former chapla in of Whitefield Lodge 662, Nazareth, and a past Noble Grand of Odd Fello ws Confident Lodge 1133, Hecktown. Survivor: Daughter, Gertude S., wi fe of Norman S. Fehnel, at home. Services: 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the churc h. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Saturday, Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, 211 E.
