William E. Agnew, 87, of Milford, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2002, in his home.
Born: Aug. 26, 1915, in Milford, a son of the late William H. and Alma J. Agnew.
Personal: His wife of 48 years, the former, Melba A. Sassaman, died in 1995. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a lifelong resident of Milford He was a paper machine operator at the Riegel Paper Corp. in Milford for over 45 years. He enjoyed puzzles and playing cards.
Survivors: two daughters, **** f San Carlos, Calif., and ***** of Hercules, Calif.; three brothers, Lawrence of Hellertown, ***** of Mountain Lake, N.J., and ***** of Ventura, Calif.; a sister, ****** of Milford; and two granddaughters, Sierra and Stephanie Brennan.
Services: 1 p.m. Saturday in the W.E. Johnson Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township. Call from noon to time of services Saturday in the funeral home. Burial in Milford Union Cemetery. |
