Racie Beam Sr
Racie Beam Sr., 71, of 724 S. 14th St. died yesterday at this home after a long illness.

Born in Port Murray, NJ, Feb 6, 1898, he was a son fo the late Sulvanus and Henrietta Beam. He formerly lived at Wind Gap R.D. 1

Mr. Beam was last employed in shipyards at Charleston SC. He was a machinist, retiring in 1958.

He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his widow, Maxene Prather Beam; Three Sons, Joseph, Allentown, Racie Jr., Beersville and Virgil L., Trexler, and eight grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at the convenience of the family at the Strunk Funeral home, Easton. Interment will be in Easton Cemetery.

Note: Racie and Esther divorced. After the divorce, Esther and Russell Santee had a daughter.
