Luther W. Bond
Luther W. Bond, 66, Riegelsvile R.D. 1 died last night in the Muhlenberg Medical Center. Bethlehem. He whad been in failing helath for two years.
Hewas the husband of Emma Campbell Bond and had been a resident of the Springtown-Durham area for the past 29 years.
Born in Moore Township, he was a son of the late Theodore F. and Mary Bond.
He was employed at Bethlehem Steel until he retired in 1968 after 25 years in teh beam yards.
He wa amember of Christ Lutheran Church, Springtown.
In addition to his widow, he is survieved by two sons, seven daughtes, three sisters, Mrs. Cora Moosch, Mrs. Beulah Smith and Mrs. Mamie Huff all of Nazareth and 14 Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Templeton funerla Home, Hellertown, Interment will be in Hope Cemetery, Hecktown. |
