Miss Brodhead Conducted Day Care Center
Miss Evelyn May Brodhead, 36, of 2705 Stephens St., Palmer Township, died yesterday afternoon in Betts Hospital , Easton, where she was a patient since Monday.
Miss Brodhead conducted a day care center for pre-school children at her home.
Born in Easton, Dec, 28, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Emma Laubach Brodhead. She was a graduate of Wilson High School.
She was a member of Memorial United Church of Christ, Wilson, and United Cerebral Palsy of Northampton and Monroe Counties.
Surviving are four brothers, Charles W. Stanley E., Richard D., and Edward R. Brodhead, all of Palmer Township, and her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Cora Laubach, Palmer Township.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Bender Funeral Home, Easton. |
