Mrs. Anna M. Dorshimer
Mrs. Anna M. Dorshimer, 76, former Easton resident, died yesterday afternoon
at Greystone Park, NJ after a long illness.
Mrs. Dorshimer resided at 113 Wilkes-Barre Street, until about three
years ago when she moved to Bogota, NJ to live with her son, T. Reid
Born in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Glessner
Brotzman. In former years she worked as a seamstress at the William Laubach
and Sons department store.
Mrs. Dorshimer was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church, South Side,
and it's Women's Missionary Society, ladies Aid Society, Women's Guild
and Onward and Upward Society.
Surviving, in addition to her son, are another son, Ralph F. Dorshimer,
of Bethlehem; four grandchildren, and a brother, Leonard E. Brotzman
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Strunk funeral
home. The Rev. Paul J. Kidd, pastor of St. Paul's Church, will officiate.
Interment will be in Hay's cemetery.
