Grace E. Higbee, Red Cross volunteer
Grace E. Higbee, 89, formerly of 656 Belvidere Road, Phillipsburg,
died Wednesday, March 31, in Westminster Village in Allentown,
where she lived for one month.
She was a homemaker.
Born Aug 1, 1909, in Easton, she was daughter of the late
Archie E. and Stella Kunsman Brotzman. She lived in Phillipsburg
for 63 years before moving to Allentown.
She was a member of St. Marks's United Church of Christ in
Easton and the Dian's Missionary Society and the 59'er's of
the church.
Her husband, Charles B died in 1987.
She is survived by a son *****., of Cinnaminson, NJ a half
Brother *****of Lenhartsville, PA a sister Pluma Ball
of Phillipsburg, two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A sister Florence Herman, and two brothers, Archie and Monroe
and half brother Aaron Hinkel died earlier.
Services will be held at 11 a.m Monday in the Rupell Funeral
Home, 465 memorial Parkway, Phillipsburg, Call 10 a.m. Monday
to time of services the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Easton Cemetery in Easton |
