Mrs. Sarah Vogel
Mrs. Sarah Vogel, in the 73rd year of her age, widow of Joseph
Vogel, died at 4:30 o’clock Monday afternoon at her home,
No. 436 Wilkes-Barre street, of a complication of ailments.
She had been ill for the past three months. Mrs. Vogel was
a native of Williams Township where she was born on April 16,
1851, but she spent the greater part of her life in this city.
She is survived by a son, Warren Vogel, of Easton, and brother,
Joseph Coken, of Williams Township. She was a member of the
South Presbyterian Church.
