Aaron Frey, one of Easton’s oldest citizens, died last evening at his home, No. 126 South Ninth Street, in his seventy-third year. Deceased was a marble worker and carried on business I this city for a number of years. The past few years he was not actively engaged owing to infirmities. He died of paralysis of the brain. He was a man well-known, and served in the old borough council. He was a native of Plainfield Township, but resided in this city nearly all his life. Court Crier Martin Frey is his only brother. He leaves a wife and these children; Howard, Stewart and Laura Frey, Mattie, wife of Sydney Stocker, all of Easton, and Emma, wife of George Oakes, of San Francisco, Cal. Mrs. Margaret Walton, of Philadelphia is a sister of deceased. His remains will be interred in Easton Heights Cemetery, on Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock. |
