Mrs. Maria Gruver
Mrs. Maria Gruver Walters, 73, years old, died Sunday afternoon at 5:30 o’clock at her residence, No. 831 Grant Street, of complications incident to old age. She was born May 30, 1852 in Bethlehem Township, and a daughter of the late Abraham and Susanna Fox Gruver. She is survived by nine children, Stewart A. Frank F., Harvey W. Lee E. Zelda A., of Easton, George N., of Price, Utah, Mrs. George W. Carter, Dunmore, Pa., Miss Minnie E. Pawtucket, R. I., and Mrs. Arthur Syckle, Providence, R.I. Thirteen grandchildren and two brothers, Peter W. Gruver, A.N. Gruver and one sister, Miss. Isburn Hottle, all of Allentown, Pa.

Mrs. Walters had been a member of St. Peter’s Reformed Church and a resident of Easton for the past forty years.
