Dr. Oscar Gruver
Dead in Oakland
Word has been received here of the death of Rev. Dr. Oscar H. Gruver of Oakland, Calif., brother of Mrs. Frank Cipperley.'Miss Cora E. Gruver and Miss A. Winifred
Gruver of Syracuse. Dr. Gruver died Friday at his home in Oakland.

A retired Lutheran minister, Dr. Gruver had held pastorates in San Francisco and Oakland, Calif., for several years. A sister, Miss Minnie Gruver of Syracuse, died one month ago.


Bosides the survivors in Syracuse, Dr. Gruver is survived by two brothers, E, A. Gruver ot Providence, H. I., and A. O. Gruver of Oneonta and a sister, Mrs. Munro of Lockhaven, Pa.
