Walter P. Heck, 90, of Saylorsburg, died Sunday in his home.
He was the husband of Florence (Richards) Heck. They were married
65 years in February.
A graduate of Lafayette College, he was chief chemist for
the former Allentown Portland Cement Co. for 41 years, retiring
in 1967.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late George and Nellie
(Walters) Heck.
He was a member of Zion United Lutheran Church, Brodheadsville,
and treasurer of its council for many years.
He was a former director in the Conshohocken School District,
Montgomery County.
Survivors: Wife; sons, 10 grandchildren and 11
great-grandchildren.
Services: 10 a.m. Thursday in the church. Call 9-10 a.m. Thursday
