Rev. Leslie H. Kiefer
The Rev. Leslie H. Kiefer, 97, of Cornwall Manor, Cornwall, died Thursday, March 25, 2004, in the Cornwall Manor Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Katherine R. Saggio Kiefer, to whom he was married 71 years.

Born Oct. 3, 1906, in Raubsville, he was the son of the late Israel J. and Emma J. Bright Kiefer.

He was pastor of the United Methodist Church for more than 41 years, serving churches in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference, including Cornwell Heights, Lehighton, Columbia, West Grove-Kemblesville, Mahanoy City, Lansdale, Philadelphia and Norristown.

Surviving are a daughter, *****, wife of ****, of Bethlehem; a son, *****, husband of *****, of Williamsburg, Va.; five grandchildren; and seven grandchildren. He was the last of six children.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Bismarck Cemetery, Quentin. Taylor-Ruffner Funeral Home, Lebanon, is handling arrangements.
