Wilbur Kiefer, 82, formerly of Fountain Hill, died Sunday, Feb. 14, in ManorCare Health Services, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Ruth (Nansteel) Kiefer, who died in 1997.
He was a welder at the Bethlehem Corp., Easton, for many years until retiring in 1978.
Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late George and Louise Kiefer.
He was a member of the Fountain Hill Republican Club.
Survivors: Son, **** of Allentown; daughter *** of Dwight, Kan.; sisters, Katherine Schreiber and Helen Reed, both of Bethlehem, 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Helen S. Paller.
Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden St., Bethlehem. Call 10-11 a.m. Wednesday.
