KENNETH KIRKPATRICK, 89, EX-EASTON PLUMBER

Kenneth W. Kirkpatrick, 89, co-owner of a plumbing business
in Easton for 40 years, died Friday in his home at Moravian
Hall Square, Nazareth. A former resident of 725 Jackson St.,
Easton, Kirkpatrick was the husband of Jennie (Schafer) Kirkpatrick.
They observed their 68th wedding anniversary in March. He and
his late brother, Stanley, operated the former Kirkpatrick
Bros. Plumbing & Heating from 1927 to 1967.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Harry and Lilly (West)
Kirkpatrick.
He was a member and formerly a trustee and elder of First
Moravian Church of Easton.
In addition, he was a member of Easton's plumbing examining
board for many years.
Survivors: Wife; daughters, six grandchildren
and 14 great- grandchildren.
Services: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Ashton Funeral Home, 14th and
Northampton streets, Easton. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Monday. |
