Dorothy I. Knoble -- retired accountant
Dorothy Isabel Knoble, 88, of 602 Centre St., Easton, died
Tuesday, July 4, in Easton Hospital. She was an accountant
for J.T. Baker Chemical Co., in Phillipsburg, retiring after
48 years. Born Oct. 13, 1911, in Easton, she was a daughter
of the late E. Grant and Elsie Wirebach Knoble. She had resided
in the home where she was born. She was a member of Christ
United Methodist Church in Easton, where she was a past Sunday
school teacher and trustee. She was a 1928 honor graduate of
Easton High School. She was a member of the Baker Quarter Century
Club. She enjoyed traveling. She is survived by cousins.
Graveside memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday,
July 14, in Hays Cemetery in Easton. There will be no calling
hours. The Cremation Services for PA, 10 E. Main St., Macungie,
are in charge of the arrangements. The family requests memorials
to Christ United Methodist Church, Berwick and Seitz avenues,
Easton.
