Mrs. Francis S. Crawn
Mrs. Marie Raub Crawn, 44 years old, wife of Town Committeeman
Francis S. Crawn, of 54 Trinity street Newton, died this morning
in the Newton Memorial Hospital, following a long illness.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Crane is survived by her mother,
Mrs. Laura E. Raub, of East Stroudsburg. She was a member of
the Auxiliary of Lieut. Charles A. Meyere Post, American Legion;
secretary of the Sussex County Legion Auxiliary; a member of
the Fortnightly Club for Women, the Auxiliary of the Newton
Memorial Hosptial and she was active in the women's organizations
of the Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 10:30 in
the Presbyterian Church, in charge of the Rev. J. Charles McKirachan,
the pastor. Burial will be in the Easton Heights Cemetery,
at 5 p.m.
